Bengbu DaChan Food Co., Ltd. and Anhui Science & Technology University of College of Intelligent Manufacturing carried out school-enterprise activities

In November 2025, Bengbu Dachan Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bengbu DaChan") and the College of Intelligent Manufacturing, Anhui Science & Technology University (hereinafter referred to as "Anhui Tech Intelligent Manufacturing College") conducted a series of in-depth exchange activities, marking a new stage in their cooperation in the fields of AI algorithms and intelligent manufacturing.

01 President Li Tongjie and his delegation from Anhui Tech Intelligent Manufacturing College visited Bengbu Dachan

On November 13, Dean Li Tongjie from Anhui Tech Intelligent Manufacturing College and his delegation visited Bengbu DaChan. Both parties discussed multiple directions for deep industry-education integration, including deepening intelligent manufacturing cooperation and jointly establishing a practical base for intelligent talent.

Mr. Li Tongjie, the dean of the Intelligent Manufacturing College, and Mr. Han Fangzu, the special assistant to the chairman of DaChan Food, took a photo together.

The focus of this meeting was on AI algorithms and the application of intelligent projects. Furthermore, in order to strengthen the foundation of the cooperation, Bengbu Dachan will serve as the internship and employment base for Anhui Tech Intelligent Manufacturing College, accurately absorbing and cultivating professional talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

02 The event of students from Anhui Science and Technology Intelligent Manufacturing College visiting Dachan in Bengbu for industry-education integration was successfully held

On November 7, Bengbu DaChan and Anhui Tech Intelligent Manufacturing College jointly organized a substantial and meaningful school-enterprise joint event for graduating students.

During the intelligent workshop tour session, the Plant Manager of the Bengbu base personally led the students on a sequential visit to DaChan Food's Bengbu Food Factory, Taixu Food Factory, as well as the Prepared Food Workshop and Fully-Cooked Workshop.

After the tour, the HR Business Partner from the Professional Food Service Group provided a detailed explanation of the strategic talent development program customized for recent graduates – the "Plant Manager Development" Program for Digital Intelligent Factories. The program aims to select and cultivate compound factory leaders who understand technology, are good at management, and are proficient in operations, clearly outlining the career development path and training system, which sparked strong interest among the students.

In the future, the DaChan Group will increase investment in building the intelligent level of the food factory in Bengbu, and transform it into a modern "factory" that is information-based, automated and lean. We eagerly look forward to the new generation of intelligent manufacturing students joining us and, through the "Plant Manager Development" Program, becoming the masters of supply chain excellence operations as base leaders.
