The Second Family Day of Dachan Group Headquarters Successfully Held

On July 13, 2024, the Dachan Group headquarters welcomed the eagerly anticipated second Family Day event. Organized by the Headquarters Human Resource Development Center and the Beijing Northeast Asia Labor Union, this event was themed "Accompanying 'Home,' Sharing Love with 'Children,'" aiming to express gratitude to every employee's hard work and the silent support of their "family" behind them. It aimed to establish a warm platform where employees and their "family" could gather, sharing the heartwarming moments of kinship and friendship.

For this event, we were honored to invite Lan, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dachan Foods DFA, to serve as the guide for this year's Family Day. Before departing, Lan's speech and expectations were full of energy. He stated that the Family Day was a vivid manifestation of DFA's commitment to ESG principles and promoting sustainable development, expressing his hope that the children would become the next generation of Dachan people. Finally, he wished everyone a delightful day filled with fun and enjoyment.

Despite the morning's continuous drizzle, it brought a touch of coolness to the hot summer day. Forty-three members from twenty-four families gathered joyfully at Yuwan Farm in Huairou. The distant mountains were green, the streams babbled, and the farm in the drizzle looked even fresher and more elegant, adding a touch of romance and warmth to this Family Day.

The morning activities were diverse and rich in content. Fun games such as "Squirrel and Tree," "Opposite Commands," and "Tunnel Drill" quickly brought everyone closer. The real-life Monopoly game pushed the event's atmosphere to a climax, with families as units, where challenges and laughter coexisted, collectively accumulating their happy wealth.

In the afternoon, the non-heritage craft activities of oil-paper umbrella painting and tie-dying skill experiences sparked everyone's creativity and imagination. Each work was unique, full of family warmth and love.

As the grand finale, the "Magic Brush Ma Liang" game not only tested the collaboration and tacit understanding of the extended family but also symbolized the close connection and shared growth between Dachan Group and each family by jointly writing the five big characters " Dachan Foods. Home." As the sun set, the event concluded successfully, but the warmth and laughter lingered for a long time. The exquisite souvenirs prepared by the company were the perfect ending to this wonderful time.

This Family Day event not only provided employees with valuable relaxation time away from their busy work but also allowed each employee's "family" to deeply feel the company's care and warmth. In the future, Dachan will work together with every employee and their family to move towards a more sustainable and brighter future.
