Dachan Food - Bengbu Phase II Project and Fresh Food Factory was Grandly Put into Operation, Fully Promoting the Economic Development of the Yangtze River Delta
“Now, I announce that the Bengbu Dachan Phase II Project and Fresh Food Factory are officially put into production!”. In the resonant voice of Mr. Zhang Ximing, Member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, the Bengbu Phase II Project and Fresh Food Factory Commencement Ceremony of Dachan Food (Asia) Ltd was formally launched on October 18th.

This ceremony was held in the fall, a harvest season, and represented the prosperous growth of the company. Minister Zhang attached great importance to this important milestone and showed appreciation to Dachan Food for contributing to the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta. Behind him, a large LED screen proudly displayed the announcement, "Dachan Food Bengbu Phase II project and Fresh Food Factory are in production now."
At the celebration, Mr. Shen Mingju, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Guzhen County, congratulated Dachan Food for commissioning the Bengbu Phase II project and the Fresh Food Factory on behalf of the local government.
Secretary Shen emphasized that Dachan Food, a renowned food production enterprise in China, has invested in and constructed a multifaceted facility in Guzhen County that includes feed, incubation, feed development and processing, fresh food processing, food R&D and deep processing. It is recognized as one of the national key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization. Its presence is vital to boost the county’s economic growth and promote the transformation and advancement of the food industry. He hopes that Dachan Food will continue to develop in Guzhen County and make further outstanding contributions to the development of China’s food safety and food industry.
At the same time, Secretary Shen said that Guzhen County will be more open-minded, and offer more favorable policies, better service to fully support the development of Dachan Food. The enterprise and government will jointly promote the high-quality economic and social development of Guzhen County. The government departments in Guzhen county will not only continue to go all out to support the development of Dachan, but also hope Dachan Group to become a world-class leading food enterprise.

At the celebration, Mr. Wei Junxian, Chairman and CEO of DaChan Food, delivered a passionate opening speech. Chairman Wei first expressed his sincere gratitude to government leaders and partners at all levels for their unwavering support. He emphasized that Dachan Food’s continuous investment in Guzhen County is based on the robust development of China’s domestic market (“favourable timing”), Anhui’s superior geographic location for integrating into the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle (“geographical convenience”), and the favourable business environment created by the local government (“good human relations”).
Chairman Wei said that Dachan Food will better serve consumers in the Yangtze River Delta region by increasing investment, expanding the scale of operation, and adopting the latest technology and equipment. He emphasized that “Three Hearts” is the core concept of Dachan Food giving back to society, meaning “Reassure consumers, reassure the government, and make partners happy.”

Bengbu Dachan Phase II Project is the largest single investment project since Dachan Food (Asia) Ltd. was in China, with a total investment of more than RMB 1 billion. The project includes chicken breeding, smart feed factory, fresh food factory and food factory sub-projects.
The new breeder farm is fully automated and modernized, boasting a rearing scale of 56,000 sets. The quality of the eggs produced by the farm has reached the leading level in the same industry in China.
The new smart feed factory employs a design that separates the three areas of raw materials. cooked goods and office space. It utilizes a self-developed intelligent management and control system to achieve full visualization and automation of the production process. Through centralized production and delivery, it realizes a new breakthrough in the industry of feed freshness and sets a new standard for the livestock and poultry feed industry.
The newly-built fresh food factory and food factory have adopted international advanced management concepts, production processes and automated equipment. Based on fresh chicken meat and integrate the processing of abundant local fresh ingredients of beef, lamb and pork, Dachan provides complete solutions for different customers and offers consumers ready-to-prepare, ready-to-cook types of safe and healthy fresh ingredients.
