From May 22 to 25, 2023, the 25th China International Baking Exhibition was held at the Shanghai International Convention and Exhibition Center. Dachan Food attracts numerous customers with its diversified product lines and applications. Showcasing three major series of frozen meat products, room temperature meat floss, and pre baked goods, the new products have received much attention, demonstrating compliance with the baking market trend and providing comprehensive services.

Dachan Food showcases five major product application exhibition areas, including salty pastries, light food sandwiches, Japanese baking, European baking, and pre packaged products, providing diversified solutions for the baking industry. Black pepper beef filling won the Innovation Product Award, breaking the traditional concept of sweet egg tarts and deeply loved by customers.

The exhibition site was bustling with people, and the food tasting and negotiation area was bustling. Dachan Food receives customers nationwide and provides professional technical consultation. Mr. Wei Junxian, Chairman of the Board of Directors, personally guided the exhibition, while Mr. Han Jiayin, Executive Director of the Board of Directors, invited the President of the Taiwan Bakery Association to visit the booth. The Dachan New Product received high praise.
