——The groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion project of the Bengbu Dachan Meat Slaughtering Plant was successfully held

On June 18, 2022, the twentieth day of the fifth lunar month, the groundbreaking ceremony of the expansion project of the Dachan Group Dachan Food Asia Bengbu Dachan Meat Slaughtering Plant came as scheduled. Mr. Qingquan Wang , Senior General Manager of Dachan Food Asia Meat Business Group, Mr. Zhicheng Wang , the special consultant of the project, Ms. Xiaodi Long , Deputy Secretary-General of Bengbu Municipal Government, Mr. Yongsong Su , Deputy Mayor of Guzhen County People's Government, Mr. Jinpei Zuo , director of management Committee of Guzhen Economic Development Zone, Mr. Yuling Cui , vice president of The Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Electronics System Engineering, and Mr. Yipeng Ke , general manager of Zhongyu Construction, attended the groundbreaking ceremony to witness this important moment together!

The development orientation of Bengbu Dachan Food Co., Ltd. closely focuses on "Fresh Food Factory". With pioneering spirit and precise efforts, the company adheres to high-quality leap-forward development, puts innovation, efficiency and quality on a prominent position in development, integrates into the development of the Yangtze River Delta, and consolidates the status of "the leader of fresh food in the Yangtze River Delta". Bengbu Dachan has established long-term and stable cooperation with Costco, Metro, Freshippo, Dingdong (Cayman) Limited, Original Chicken and many other brand customers. The construction of the expansion project of the electric slaughtering plant doesn’t only expand the production scale, but also aims to create a complete supply chain, to strengthen the cooperation between brands, to continue to cultivate and serve customers and to become a high-quality supplier of fresh food products.

 

The old electric slaughtering factory in Bengbu Dachan slaughters about 75,000 broilers every day, and slaughters about 20 million chickens throughout the year. The newly built electric slaughtering plant will use the Dutch Meyn automated evisceration line, cutting line and domestic advanced slaughtering equipment. The project will be constructed in two phases. With full production, the daily slaughtering is expected to reach 270,000 broilers, and the annual slaughtering will reach 80 million. The annual slaughtering volume of the two factories is expected to reach 100 million broilers. That will achieve the industrialization goal of 100 million broilers, and contribute to the employment and economic development in Bengbu.
