Dachan participated in the Liang Zhi Long Exhibition in Wuhan 2024

 

On March 28, 2024, the Liang Zhi Long Exhibition was held in Wuhan as scheduled. As a well-known large-scale catering ingredients industry exhibition in China, it attracted over 4,600 exhibitors to participate. The exhibition area exceeded 270,000 square meters, and nearly 100,000 visitors attended on the first day. Many catering professionals gathered at the grand event.

 

In 2023, the national catering revenue exceeded 5.2 trillion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of over 20%. Many new consumption trends have also emerged in the catering industry after the pandemic.

 

Currently, in the domestic consumer market, the pursuit of "cost performance" have become prevalent.  Dachan has taken swift action to comprehensively upgrade its flagship product, the "Salt and Pepper Chicken Series," with a focus on "larger and more uniform particles." By enhancing the consumer experience, the company aims to solidify its brand image as a leader in the salt and pepper chicken market.

 

With the rapid expansion of several well-known Chinese hamburger chain brands, many other fast food options such as wraps, onigiri, and noodles have also entered the chain business model. In response, Dachan has quickly launched new applications for Chinese hamburger, wrap, and onigiri dishes, as well as new fillings that can be used in baking bread, wraps, onigiri, and noodle toppings.

 

The successful creation of local food as a focal point of attention has effectively promoted the revitalization of local tourism, hotels, catering, and other industries in various cities. In response, Dachan has also launched multiple cost-effective series of products, bringing new vitality to the market.

 

Cooked fast food in chain convenience stores has become the first choice for lunch among office workers. Staying true to its food safety mission of "traceable and reassuring," Dachan has launched multiple new catering products to meet the needs of the new group meal market.

 

 

As the economy recovers, it has also driven a rapid rebound in the banquet market for weddings, birthday celebrations, graduation parties, and other occasions. Taking advantage of this trend, Dachan has launched relevant new products that are not only nutritious but also delicious.

 

Many catering brands are actively engaging in live streaming, reflecting the rise of new retail consumption models. Dachan has also continuously expanded its customer base through live streaming on flagship stores on major e-commerce platforms, successfully creating multiple popular and trending products.

 

As a quality enterprise officially recommended by the organizing committee, Dacheng Foods became the focus of the exhibition as soon as it made its appearance with its novel exhibition stand design, professional kitchen team, and exquisite product dishes.

 

 

Based on different product sales channels, the Dachan culinary team prepared corresponding dishes on site. With nearly a hundred delicious dishes, they attracted many audience members to stop, take photos, and try the food, exploring potential business opportunities.

 

The economic recovery is driving the rapid warming of the catering market, coupled with the support of new retail, the catering industry is bound to usher in a new rise.
